No one wants platitudes, just straight answers. Be authentic and transparent in your communication, and it will win you loyalty. Honesty is not the same thing as cruelty. There are many ways to provide honest feedback and remain kind.
Avoid Getting Too Technical
Industry-specific language is sometimes used to make companies sound impressive to potential customers. But it can turn many people away. Knowing when to avoid jargon or lingo is a vital skill for improving your overall communication strategy.
