The last few years have been hard. Looking at the big picture, it’s easy to see why stress and anxiety levels are rising across the country. Even with uncertainty, good things happen too, and that’s what we like to focus on during the holiday seasons. This Thanksgiving, we want to share our gratitude for you and the positives in our lives. Here are the things we’re thankful for.

A Toast to Health

In talking with Teona, she wanted me to express that she is grateful for the ability to continue working on better health. While things haven’t always been great, looking at the positives is essential for healing.

I, too, had some health things come up in 2022, including surgery. I lost what felt like the entire month of September to my surgery and recovery. I’m doing better now, and I am happy about eliminating that painful problem from my life.

A Toast to Friends and Family

Teona also expressed her gratitude for connecting with friends and family. It’s been a challenging year, as this is the first Thanksgiving after her father passed away. And I’ve been where she is since my father passed in October 2020.

I am grateful to have friends near and far that I can count on, and I hope they feel they can count on me.

It has been just about a year since Teona and I joined forces. We have some exciting things planned for DPEG Marketing and are grateful for all our current clients and the opportunity to collaborate creatively in various industries.

Ten years ago, I quit my job, moved to Asheville, NC, and started my freelance writing business. In 2017, I met Teona while working with a mutual client. We worked well together, and I am grateful I was open to collaborating. DPEG has developed into something we both enjoy.
